How to use

1. Apply before your ride, commute, or workout.  

2. Remove the cap (twist off), then prick the foil seal. Replace the cap (twist on).

3. Apply a tiny drop, then rub your hands vigorously. 

4. Reapply after travelling or training for ongoing freshness.  

5. Keep it with you — fits easily in your pocket, bag, or cycling kit.
