If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order in line with UK consumer law.
Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right, please email sales@ride-skin.com with your order number and reason for return.
Condition of returns

Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or damaged.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return costs

Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, in which case we’ll cover the cost.
Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at sales@ride-skin.com within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
