Refund Policy
RideSkin™ products are sold and fulfilled via Amazon. All returns and refunds are therefore handled in accordance with Amazon’s Returns Policy and UK consumer law.
Returns via Amazon
If you are not completely satisfied with your RideSkin™ purchase, you may be eligible to return it through your Amazon account.
To initiate a return:

Follow Amazon’s return instructions
Amazon will guide you through the process and confirm whether your item is eligible for return or refund.
Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel eligible items within 14 days of receipt. This right is exercised directly through Amazon’s returns system.
Condition of Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, RideSkin™ products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed by Amazon to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 5–14 days, depending on your payment provider and Amazon’s processing times.

You will receive confirmation directly from Amazon once the refund has been issued.
Return Postage

Return shipping costs are handled according to Amazon’s Returns Policy.

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, Amazon will normally cover the return postage or issue a replacement.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your RideSkin™ product arrives damaged or faulty:

Report the issue via your Amazon account as soon as possible after delivery

Amazon will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
