Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your RideSkin™ purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order in line with UK consumer law.

Your right to cancel

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

• To exercise this right, please email sales@ride-skin.com with your order number and reason for return.

Condition of returns

• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, in which case we’ll cover the cost.

Faulty or damaged items

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at sales@ride-skin.com within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
